RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Unravel Creations is a home based business with a maximum of 2 spaces available per class. Therefore our classes are non-refundable once booked. If you need to change the dates of participation, you must give at least two weeks notice and we can work with your schedule if spaces are available.

If Unravel Creations is forced to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you with as much notice as possible. You can either choose a new date for class or we can issue a full refund within 10 working days of the cancellation.  

ABSENCES AND LATENESS

Our courses run each term in blocks of 1-3 classes and courses are sold as a full block. We understand students may not be able to attend each class of a course. The instructor and the student can try and find a date for make up classes. Every class is taught consecutively so the make up class has to happen before the next class starts. If no make up class was available, you will have to sign up for the next class available. No refund will be issued for missed classes.

Our courses run on a strict schedule and will start on time. If arriving later than 15 minutes from the start of class, you have a choice to find a make up class, forfeit the classes with no refund, or join in on the next block of classes.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By completing a booking via the Unravel Creations Website, you are accepting responsibility for reading, understanding, and agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, then you must discontinue your booking.

If you are booking our classes for participants under the age of 18, we will require you to sign a consent form prior to the class. In this form you will need to specify whether you are happy with your child to make their own way home from Unravel Creations home studio. 

Unravel Creations cannot accept liability for loss or damage to work or belongings left unattended. 

While at Unravel Creations, you are agreeing to follow a respectful code between instructor and students, Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants who do not comply with this code of conduct.

Any vandalism or purposeful damage to Unravel Creations property will result in a ban from future classes at Unravel Creations and may incur a charge to repair any damage caused.

Our Terms of Service are subject to changes and modifications in the future to reflect changes made to our business or new laws and regulations.
